Siân Delaney

Siân embarked in the world of law in 2008. Having completed her LLB with Honours and then the Diploma in Legal Practice at Strathclyde University she was immediately launched into working in property law.

She acts for a variety of private individuals and corporate clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. As one of the best property solicitors Glasgow has to offer, she also has extensive experience in dealing with new build property and shared ownership schemes with a particular focus on assisting First Time Buyers.

Having a background in musical theatre, Siân was keen to have the main office on Bath Street, being only a short distance from the Kings Theatre!

Michael Graham

Michael has been a solicitor since 1998, having obtained his Honours Degree and Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow. He served his traineeship in the somewhat unusual location of Shetland and subsequently worked at various firms throughout central Scotland, gaining a wealth of experience in many aspects of property law, with a particular focus on residential conveyancing.

He has acquired particular expertise in dealing with historical title deeds, complicated boundary issues and the matters which affect rural properties. This is what makes him one of the best property solicitors in Glasgow.

Being a husband & the father of a young girl, Michael’s interests have developed over recent years to include such diverse subjects as Disney princesses, Harry Potter & Little Mix!

Jane Collins-Whyte

Jane is a qualified solicitor and Notary Public who specialises in Will writing, Powers of Attorney, estate planning and Trusts. Jane was a commercial Buyer in the retail trade for 15 years before retraining to become a lawyer, so she has a strong commercial focus, and understands the challenges facing small business owners as well as private individuals from all walks of life.

Jane completed her training at Maclay Murray and Spens LLP in 2014 and since then has practised almost exclusively as a Private Client specialist. As well as working as a practising lawyer, Jane also teaches LLB graduates embarking on their legal careers at two of Scotland’s top universities, and volunteers as a mentor to young legal professionals. Jane also teaches Legal Services to HNC level at Fife College. In her spare time, Jane enjoys oil painting and exhibits at local amateur exhibitions.
